An alert was received from the Yeghegnadzor department of the Environmental Protection and Subsoil Inspection Body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about the meat of a bird and an animal found in the body of a "Toyota" car. This was reported by the BTU.
An administrative proceeding was initiated in the inspection body, within the framework of which it was found that Yerevan residents SH, AA illegally hunted 74 gray partridges and 4 gray rabbits in the administrative area of Gnishik settlement of Vayots Dzor marz.
The butcher of illegally hunted birds and rabbits was seized and handed over to the N military unit of the RA Defense Ministry.
Hunting weapons of "IZH-27" and "YILTIZ" type, which are tools of hunting, were also confiscated, corresponding lawsuits will be submitted to the court with the demand for their confiscation.
A claim for compensation for the damage to the environment was submitted: 402,000 dirhams. in size. Measures of administrative responsibility will be applied.
