"Inter Miami" striker Lionel Messi said that he wants to participate in the 2026 World Cup, reports NBC Sports.

"It will be incredible to participate in the World Cup. I want to be in good shape and benefit my teammates, if of course I get an invitation. There is no clarity yet.
