A 62-year-old woman arrested in the criminal proceedings initiated in connection with the case of painting the portraits of the participants of the 44-day war and related notes on one of the buildings on Pushkini Street in Yerevan was prosecuted under Article 297, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code. This was reported by the former Central Committee.
"The latter accepted the accusation, declared that he regrets what happened. The body implementing the procedure chose the prohibition of absence as a preventive measure against him, and the person was released from detention. The investigation is ongoing," the message stated.
