Today, on October 22, a tragic and mysterious incident took place in Yerevan.
Around 9:30 a.m., a boy was taken to the "Wigmore" medical center in an extremely serious condition, whose life the doctors could not save.
As reportedphotojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the officers of the Kanaker-Zeytun Department of the Main Community Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, led by a senior community police officer, went to the hospital.
It was found out on the spot that the child was taken to the hospital from one of the apartments in the Avan administrative district of Yerevan, after which the information was transferred from the Kanaker-Zeytun police department to the Avan police department.
The officers of the Avan police department arrived at the hospital and found out that the deceased is 15-year-old M., who was found hanging by his parents, cut the rope, and then transferred him to the "Wigmore" medical center, where the doctors registered the child's death.
A document was drawn up in the Avan department of the police about the incident, which was transferred to the investigative department of the Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of the RA Investigative Committee of Yerevan, where criminal proceedings were initiated.
The police and investigators found a rope on the railing with which, according to preliminary information, the boy was hanged.
Notice: The person suspected or accused of the alleged crime is considered innocent, until his guilt is proven in accordance with the procedure established by the RA Criminal Procedure Code, by the court's legally binding verdict.
