Vladimir Zelensky will participate in the session of the European Council to be held in Brussels on October 23, the President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, announced this on social networks.
"I look forward to welcoming President Zelensky at tomorrow's meeting of the European Council. We will discuss how to continue supporting Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression," the publication states.
EU leaders may adopt the 19th package of sanctions against Russia and use frozen Russian assets as a basis for lending to Ukraine at the European Council meeting in Brussels on October 23-24.
