On October 25, at 11:44 p.m., the crisis management center of the Gegharkunik Regional Rescue Department received information that an accident occurred at the beginning of Sevan city, on the bridge.
One combat unit from the fire-rescue squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to the scene.
It was found that the "Lada" car (driver: M. S., born in 1997) left the road, turned and ended up in the part of the bridge where construction works are being carried out.
The rescuers cut off the power to the car and closed the valve of the gas cylinder.
