The chief architect of Gyumri, Henrik Gasparyan, was arrested. We learn about this from the Anti-Corruption Committee.
"Two more people, including the chief architect, arrested as part of the criminal proceedings initiated in connection with the apparent crimes of receiving bribes by a group of officials of the Gyumri community, giving bribes to them, as well as by the same officials as part of a group, abusing their powers with prior consent, were detained as a preventive measure," the Anti-Corruption Committee said.
