Based on this and the instruction of the head of the Prime Minister's staff dated September 10, 2024 02/11.3/29001-2024, according to the Ministry of KGMS, it is necessary to make changes, according to which the money will be transferred to the relatives of the deceased or to persons authorized by them or to an organization authorized by the commission. be by the fact of the creation of the commission, not by the fact of the commission making a separate decision on it. Thus, the project implies a change in the aid delivery mechanism. In the new edition, it is envisaged that the financial assistance for the preparation and installation of the grave, obituary will be provided automatically after the creation of the relevant committee. The fact of the creation of the commission will be the only basis for granting the aid and no additional decision will be required. The Ministry emphasizes that the said change will lead to more regularization of the given process and the facilitation of further functions related to it and the simplification of the procedure. There is no need for additional funds and no change in state budget revenues and expenses."
