Al Mayadeen: More than 40 Palestinians were killed in 24 hours of Israeli attacks in Gaza

As a result of the airstrikes carried out by Israel in the Gaza Strip, the number of victims has reached 44 in the last 24 hours, reports "Al Mayadi" TV channel, referring to medical sources in the Palestinian enclave.

The highest number of victims was registered in Nuseirat and El-Breij refugee camps, where 18 people were killed and more than 50 were injured. All were taken to Al-Auda Hospital.

Over the past 24 hours, Israeli forces have attacked around 100 targets in the enclave, and the southern districts of Khan Yunis and Rafah have come under intense airstrikes and shelling, where militants from the radical Hamas movement have violated the ceasefire.

Earlier, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that since the ceasefire came into force on October 10, 51 people were killed and more than 150 were injured in the Gaza Strip. Gaza authorities have accused Israel of violating the ceasefire 47 times in eight days.
