Israeli forensic experts have identified the body of the 10th hostage returned by the Palestinian Hamas movement as part of an agreement with Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said Saturday.
"Following the completion of the identification process by the National Forensic Center with the Israel Police and Military Rabbinate, IDF representatives informed the family of hostage Eliyahu Margalit that his body has been returned to Israel and the identification process has been completed," the statement said.
The Prime Minister's Office emphasized that Hamas is obliged to fulfill its obligations towards the mediators and return the abductees within the framework of the agreement.
