As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, on October 16, 34-year-old Gagik E., a resident of Lori marz, alerted the Spitak police department and reported that water-drawing works were carried out in the Karadzor settlement of the Spitak enlarged community, but no water was coming to their house, for which he complained, but with no positive results.
Gagik E. also informed that he and his wife, 47-year-old Arman S., a resident of Lori region, visited Spitak City Hall on the same day, where the mayor, 54-year-old Kajair Nikoghosyan, a resident of Lori region, saw them and wanted to inform the mayor about the problem separately, after which the mayor attacked him and shouted curses.
Already at the Spitak police department, the latter reported that the mayor kicked him 3 times during the argument, causing physical pain, and during that time he cursed at him.
