Let's remind that the lawyer was arrested today around 17.40 while leaving Shengavit court. The masked law enforcement officers laid Kochubaev on the ground, then brought him to the Investigative Committee, where he was charged.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against Kochubaev under part 2 of Article 490 of the Criminal Code (publishing defamatory information about a judge, prosecutor, investigator, causing other damage to the rights and legal interests of the mentioned persons, related to the legal service or professional activities of the mentioned persons.
