The United Kingdom will eliminate more than 30 years of arms embargo on Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was announced in the statement of the British Foreign Minister Steven Dooti, published on the website of the British Parliament.
"Given the significant progress of peace in Washington, the United Kingdom believes that the issue of the embargo proposed by the OSCE in 1992, which referred to all the supplies of weapons and ammunition in the Nagorno-Karabakh region, lost its modernity.
Therefore, the United Kingdom will completely eliminate the embargo on Armenia and Azerbaijan, "the statement said.
