Russia condemns US shots near Venezuela. This was stated by Russian Permanent Representative to the United N. Vasily Nebenzyan, RIA Novosti reported. The diplomat described such attacks as a violation of international law and human rights.

"Such actions are only in the infamousory of American uniqueness, according to which the United States can be all available to the rest of the countries, only what the United States will allow them." The permanent representative was indignant.
