He was found on Abovyan Street in Vanadzor, arrested and taken to the Lori Regional Department.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated in the yard of the 49-year-old Vanadzor house, and in the basement, 285 grams of yellow-green dried-crushed mass.
The man moved to the detainee's storage.
