The Federal Intellectual Property Service (Rosary Entitlement) has registered several brands of Swiss company Rolex, reports to TASS reporter.
According to the service, Rolex President, Cerachrom, Oysterlative, Rolex Superlative and Rolex Glidelock are among registered applications. The registration applications were submitted in Switzerland. The authenticity of trademarks expires ten years after the date of submission of the application.
Trademarks are registered under the 14th classification of goods and services (ICGS), which includes different types of watches.
In March 2022, it was reported that the Swiss company Rolex Clock is suspending exports to Russia.
