US President Donald Trump has said that Turkey is ready to stop the purchase of Russian oil. In a conversation with journalists at White House on Thursday, Trump did not directly answer the question whether Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had agreed to stop the import of Russian oil.
"But if I wanted him to stop, he would stop," said the American leader.
"I'm sure he would stop. Do you know why? Because you can buy it from many other people. The only country that really cannot refuse Russian oil is Hungary. They are not surrounded by land, they do not have an ocean, where they can enter ships from different parts of the world. They have only one pipeline, "Trump said.
