Most of the Europeans who surveyed want to resign

The majority of Europeans and 60% want the resignation of European Commission President Ursula Von der Layen. This is evidenced by the results of a public opinion poll published in the French journal Le Grand Continent, which Cluster17 spent in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Poland.

Only 26% of respondents are against the resignation of the head of the European Commission. In total, 72% of respondents expressed distrust against von der Lee, in France, this figure reaches 87%. Most of the respondents responded to the question of trust in the protection of European economic interests. The level of distrust in Poland was lower - 51%.

The survey also expressed deep dissatisfaction with the EU-US trade agreement, about 52% of respondents said they had been "humiliated" after learning about the agreement, and 75% said that Von der Der Lajen could not defend European interests.

The survey was conducted from August 30 to September 4, with the participation of 5,300 people (1198, 1031 in France, 1050 in Italy, 1013 in Germany and 1010 in Poland).
