Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has stated that during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in China, he discussed possible measures to stop the conflict in Ukraine.
The leaders of Turkey and Russia have held talks within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in China on Monday. According to the Turkish leader's office, the parties discussed bilateral relations, the regional agenda, in particular the situation in Ukraine.
"During the bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, we discussed possible measures to complete the war between Ukraine and Russia in fair peace.
