Vladimir Zelyansky plans to meet with European leaders on September 4 to discuss Kiev's security guarantees, Agence France-Presse reports, citing its source.

"Such a meeting is planned," said the source of the agency.

According to him, the EU does not expect US President Donald Trump to take part in the meeting. The source added that the main topic will be Ukraine's security guarantees and "promotion of diplomacy."
