A small session of participants of the BRICS summit in Kazan started at "Kazan Expo".

"In a narrow format, we propose to consider the most current aspects of the global agenda, to exchange opinions on the topic of BRICS countries' cooperation in the international arena, including the resolution of acute regional conflicts," Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

Let's remind that the second day of the BRICS summit started today. Meetings of the President of the Russian Federation with the Presidents of Iran and Turkey and the Prime Minister of Ethiopia are planned.

Earlier, Vladimir Putin held a series of individual conversations with almost all participants of the summit, discussing important and sensitive issues.
