The criminal proceedings initiated by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, which initiated by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, found out that the head of the Department of Surgery of Gyumri Medical Center CJSC A. N. demanded a number of citizens entitled to make medical care provided by the state guaranteed by the state, and received various illegal remuneration. In particular, the preliminary investigation revealed that a person killed in the 44-day war, with the relevant decision of the RA Government, has the right to receive medical care provided by the State Guaranteed for the operation to the head of the Surgery Department of the Surgery. The latter, however, has illegally demanded 2,70,000 AMD as a substantive use of the instrument in the operation, while in reality its value was within the framework of the state order of compensation. A. N., however, has applied a "Legashur" type tool that has been used in a long time under surgery that they have applied to a woman who has used it, when its component, the cutting-up part is designed for disposable. After the operation A. N. received the amount of 270,000 AMD in the required 270,000 AMD.
In addition, the mentioned surgeon was also demanded that a number of other residents of Gyumri to perform their professional responsibilities and received funds to 250,000 AMD as a substantiation, including the application of the above tool. At the same time, some of the people who applied to the surgeon have had the right to receive medical care and service provided by the state.
To get an illegal remuneration from a number of people A. N. was charged with Part 1 of Article 276 of the RA Criminal Code (4 episode). Detention was used as a precautionary measure against him.
The preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings is over, and the materials of the proceedings were sent to the RA Anti-Corruption Court with an indictment.
