The candidate was presented by the President of the Court of Cassation, Lilit Tadevosyan. , according to whose information, on March 29 of this year, at the general assembly of RA judges, Davit Khachaturyan, judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation, and Arsen Nikoghosyan, judge of the Criminal Court of Cassation, self-nominated themselves as candidates for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court. , by secret ballot, 131 judges voted for the candidacy of Davit Khachaturyan, 126 for the candidacy of Arsen Nikoghosyan.
