Oman will build a $ 270 million gas pipeline

The Sultanate of Oman has announced the construction of a new $ 270 million worth of a new $ 2 million a day, as part of state energy infrastructure, Oman's State Ona news agency reported.

"The project includes a 42-inch-length gas pipeline, which will go from Ibri State Fahud region (Az-Zahira) to Souhari (Northern Batinah province), and the additional branch will serve the Ibri's industrial zone. The project of building a gas pipeline coming from the Sukhari Industrial port includes about 13 million cubic meters of gas a day, "the agency said.

According to Ona, the construction contract was awarded to OQ GAS Networks, which specializes in the management of basic infrastructure in gas distribution networks and gas transportation.
