President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stated that the current peaceful time demands "military mobilization" from diplomats and government.
"We must be mobilized not only during war and hostilities. But also peaceful time. Consider that we live in peacetime, when military mobilization is needed, "Lukashenko said during a meeting with the leaders of the Belarusian diplomatic missions in Minsk.
