Getting acquainted with the constant improving conditions of the medical center and the improvable opportunities, the minister was at the newly opened "Proton" scientific-educational-diagnostic center.
The latest diagnostic center with the latest equipment, in particular, will give a new and wide range of opportunities to comprehensively ensure the continuation of the continuity of the paralysis program invested in Vanadzor.
Until this paralysis program in Vanadzor operated through telemedicine with Gyumri. At a certain stage of treatment, the patient is moved to Gyumri Medical Center. 15 patients have already used this pilot program, and distance advice of a stroke specialist was carried out for more than 50 patients.
All ophthalmological services for our citizens in Vanadzor and related settlements in about a month will be available in one place. The construction and furnishing of the ophthalmology clinic is in the final stage.
In April, 400 women have already used the mammography service invested in Vanadzor, 320 of whom from the scrutting service.
Anahit Avanesyan also visited Vanadzor's thoroughly built infectious disease department. Construction works are coming to an end here.
