With the preliminary investigation of the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, the former members of the RA Arrat community of Masis community did not submit the declarations of the property, income, expenses and interests as of the day of termination of the RA Corruption Prevention of the Republic of Armenia.
In particular, the preliminary investigation revealed that the above-mentioned persons were notified as a day of not submitting the return of property, income, expenses and interests within 30 days, and otherwise the 31st day to submit administrative proceedings.
Members, however, did not submit declarations to the commission during that time.
Properly notified of the administrative fine, the former members of the Council of Elders have not yet submitted declarations to the competent authority to the RA Corruption Prevention of Article 444.
