Cambodia is going to start a major military operation in the territories bordering Thailand before the peace talks on Monday in Kuala Lumpur, the statement of the Government of Thailand said.
"Cambodian attacks continue to be regular and can be considered violations of the rules of hostilities, creating additional risks for the population of border areas.
The situation remains extremely tense, and it is expected that Cambodia can be prepared before the launch of the negotiations, "the statement said.
