Vladimir Zellensky stated his progress with Russian President Vladimir Putin, RBC-Ukraine reports.
"We have always publicly raising the issue of meeting the leaders at the level of leaders. And they now have started talking to us about this. This is already a step towards a certain format of the meeting, "he said.
The third round of talks between Russia and Ukraine took place on Wednesday in Istanbul.
According to Russian President's Assistant to the Russian President Vladimir Medinsky, the conditions for the settlement agreement for Putin and Zelopeki should be developed in advance. He added that the Russian side conveyed to the Ukrainian side that the meeting should be prepared, respectively.
