Russia and Ukraine have exchanged groups of servicemen captive, according to Istanbul agreements, the Ministry of Defense said.

"On July 23, 2025, according to June 2, 2025, a group of Russian servicemen was returned from the territory controlled by the Kiev regime in Istanbul. In return, a group of prisoners of war of Ukrainian armed forces has been moved, "the ministry said.

Now Russian fighters are located in Belarus, where they receive psychological and medical care.
