Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is expected to perform at the opening ceremony of the third round of talks between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul, NTV reports.
According to Turkish media, Fiddan will accompany Turkish officials, may the head of the National Intelligence Organization Ibrahim Kalin and representatives of the Ministry of Defense.
Turkish TV channels report that the talks are scheduled to start on Wednesday at around 19:00.
The Russian delegation is headed by the Russian Assistant Vladimir Medinsky, and the Ukrainian delegation, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Ums.
