Ft. The EU is preparing to start a difficult trade talks with China

EU leaders are preparing for "tough negotiations" with Chinese President Xi Jinpin in the EU-China summit in Ukraine against the background of trade tensions and conflict, Financial Times (FT) reports.

As the head of the EU Diplomatic Service Kaya Callas told the publication, the community is concerned about the production of Chinese supervision and "forced economic behavior", chemicals and consumer drones in China's dominance.

"Trade and security are interconnected," said Kallas.

FT reminded that last year Brussels has launched 25 investigations in the context of "Protection of Commercial Interests" related to Chinese products, which is almost four times more than last year.
