Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan discussed the situation in Syria with his Syrian counterpart Asaad al-Shibani and US President Donald Trump, RIA Novosti, a Turkish diplomatic source told RIA Novosti.

The source noted that Fidan had telephone conversations with Shibani and Barack on Sunday.

"During the talks, the situation in Syria was discussed and evaluated at Amman's meetings on the situation in Syria," the source said.
