French leader Emanuel Mcron has stated on the X social network that pressure on Moscow has increased.
"I had a new conversation with Vladimir Zelyansky. We increase the pressure on Russia together (with other Western leaders) to reach a unreserved ceasefire, "he said.
Makron stressed that Paris will continue to support the Ukrainian side and welcomed the adoption of a new package of anti-Russian sanctions in this regard.
On Friday, the head of the European diplomacy Kaya Callas announced the agreement on the eighteenth package of restricting measures against Russia.
