Today, on October 19, a major accident took place in Tavush region. At around 12:20 p.m., "Mercedes Vito" and "VAZ 2121" cars collided in the administrative area of Teghut village on Yerevan-Sevan-Ijevan highway M8. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan from the scene, 10 people, including children with various degrees of physical injuries were transferred to "Dilijan" medical center. The patrols demarcated the area. As a result of the collision, the "Mercedes" left the traffic lane. Due to the fact of the accident, criminal proceedings were initiated in Dilijan's investigative department, where the identity of the drivers and the injured were determined.
