The Turkish side expects that the possible third round of talks between Russia and Ukraine delegations will be constructive and will allow progress in the settlement process, and the Turkish diplomatic source told RIA Novosti on Monday.
"We hope to continue the constructive continuation of the process, which will allow us to move forward in the settlement of the conflict," said the agency's interlocutor on Turkey's expectations from negotiations.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has previously stated that he has held talks with delegations between Russia and Ukraine, and according to him, there is a will for the third round of talks.
