Pashinyan violates the law and pursues the Armenian Apostolic Church. Union of Armenians of Scandinavia

The Union of Armenians of Scandinavia strongly condemns the actions of the RA Prime Minister, the RA Police, the NSS, and the judiciary.

"Nikol Pashinyan, violating all the law and all moral standards, continues his political persecution against the Armenian Apostolic Church and his opposition.

All this in recent days, with threats, blackmail and dirty vocabulary, has been transformed by illegal detention on fake and false accusations.

Together with the Justice System, the RA Strategy Together with the Prime Minister, they became a tool of political persecution, making Armenia dictatorship. After a businessman Samvel Karapetyan publicly supported the Church, he was arrested. Then Archbishop Galstanyan, the leader of the "Holy Struggle" movement, and his twelve supporters, accused of the coup.

All this was preceded by unfounded searches, obviously staged actions and false accusations. His speech was also arrested on June 28, 2006. Archbishop Michael Ajapahyan. His arrest was accompanied by shameful encroachment on the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and his Cathedral.

The goals of these persecution organized by Nikol Pashinyan are obvious. a. to silence opponents b. Create a widespread fear of the ordinary people in the common people c. to seize the Armenian Apostolic Church d. Finally divide the Armenian people e. Disape and sore the Armenian national identity and values.

The Union of Armenians of Scandinavia strongly condemns the actions of the RA Prime Minister, the RA Police, the NSS, the judiciary, and to unite the foreign friends of the Armenian people, to prevent Nikol Pashinyan and to defeat the AAC and the Armenian people in this Cold War.
