1 Party, 87 against, 0 abstention of the National Assembly on the amendments to the RA Law on Military Service, initiated by the "Military Service" of the CP-mobile migrant Hayk Sargsyan, did not implement the agenda of plenary sessions. The only voter was NA Deputy Speaker Hakob Arshakyan.
It should be noted that this project was a negative conclusion during the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security, and, the parliament should have decided whether to include the agenda of plenary sessions or not.
In his speech, Hayk Sargsyan stated that on this project, our country must go to institutional reforms through decisive decisions and minimize the possibility of abuse. "There is no delay," he concluded his speech.
However, the parliamentary majority and the opposition declared that they would vote against this project, as it needs to be amended.
