California can refuse taxes

California Governor Gevin Nusomi threatened his X social network page that the state can refuse to pay federal taxes in response to possible large-scale reductions in California Federal Funding.

Earlier, CNN reported that US President Donald Trump's administration plans to start such cuts in the coming days.

According to the sources of the TV channel, the federal agencies were instructed to determine which grants from the state may be canceled.

"Californians pay the federal government account. We pay more taxes for $ 80 billion than we receive. Maybe it's time to stop them, Donald Trump, "said the governor of California.

California, traditionally, is considered a castle of Democrats, and Trump has repeatedly criticized it.
