Latvian Minister of Justice Inese Libinya-Egner stated that the State Security Service may be prosecuted against Alexei Roslikov to publicly protect the Russian language. He wrote that the Latvian State Language Center will start administrative proceedings, and if necessary, he will cooperate with the police and security service.
Libinya-females accused Russia of being questioned by Latvia's state linguistic status and sowing a split in the public, Lenta.ru reports.
