Andrey Karthapolov, head of the Russian State Duma Defense Committee, joined that the situation in Ukraine is deteriorating and "will continue to worsen until Kiev refuses compromises."
At the same time, in Kiev and the West, they do not agree with this opinion. US Sen. Lindsi Graham noted that "Ukraine does not lose" and former Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba has claimed that Ukraine has "Kozers" and "The situation does not correspond to the darkest predictions," Gazeta.ru reports.
