In its meeting today, October 17, the government decided to allocate 13 million 796 thousand drams from the government's reserve fund to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Armenia for the expenses of organizing and holding the regular elections of the head of the Ferik community of Armavir region on October 20.
It should be noted that March 31, June 9, 2024, and October 20, 2024 have been set as voting days for the regular elections of local self-government bodies in 2024. 7.5 million drams have been allocated in the budget for the purpose of the elections, while the regular head of the Ferik community the necessary amount for the expenses of organizing and conducting the elections is 21 million 294 thousand AMD. Therefore, it was necessary to allocate another 13 million 796 thousand drams.
