The United Nations welcomes the exchange of prisoners between Russia and Ukraine and hopes that it will continue, said Farhan Hacks, Speaker of the Secretary General of the World Organization.
"We hope that the exchange of prisoners of war will continue and will become part of the general efforts to discharge the situation," Hack said, answering RIA Novosti's question.
