As a result of the first negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, an agreement on 1,000 captivity in the last three years has been reached. The meeting took place on May 16 in Istanbul, at the suggestion of President Vladimir Putin.
When submitting this proposal, the head of state did not rule out that during the relevant discussions the parties may agree on the ceasefire.
