NATO countries must resume reclaming reform during the Cold War. This opinion was expressed by the Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces in Europe, Horsrapy James Stavridi, who was retired by the US Navy forces.
"These should not be just maneuvers or headquarters, but a demonstration of real-time military plans," said the former military.
Stavridis stressed that during these exercises, all level commanders will have real power to troops. The former admiral said that the countries of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization should discuss the possibility of resuming "Reforg" military exercises to restrain Russia.
