According to the multi-faceted investigation carried out in the second investigation department of the Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts of the Investigation Department of the Yerevan City of the RA Investigative Committee, it was found and substantiated that the person of criminal authority in 2024 on April 20, at around 01:45, he visited a club operating on Vardanants Street in Yerevan with three persons whose identities have not been determined by the examination, where he had a minor argument with the persons whose identities have not been determined by the examination.

The dispute continued in the front of the club, during which with the direct intention of committing hooliganism, with the urge to emphasize one's perceived advantage to those present, with a demonstrable disregard for the rules of coexistence, the person with criminal authority grossly violated the public order, disrespected the public, and openly disrespected legal and moral norms. showing attitude, in front of the club, in the area of ​​residential buildings, made noise for a long time, uttered loud curses and argued with the mentioned persons, whose identities have not yet been determined by investigation, disobeying the calls of the security staff of the said club, as well as other persons, to stop the argument. As a result of the mentioned criminal act, the normal work of the club was interrupted, an atmosphere of fear and anxiety arose among the people in the area.

In the course of the described hooliganism, a person with a criminal authority deliberately hit another person with his hands.

Based on the obtained sufficient facts, a charge was presented to the person of criminal authority under Article 297, Part 2, Clause 1 and Article 195, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code.

Regarding the latter, the preliminary investigation has been completed, the materials of the criminal proceedings, with the indictment, have been sent to the supervising prosecutor for confirmation and sending to the court.
