On October 16, at 1:09 p.m., the crisis management center of Syunik Regional Rescue Department received information that a truck was blocked in the drainage stream at the beginning of Verin Khotanan village. the help of rescuers is needed to get out. This is reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

One combat unit from the Aghvani base of the fire-rescue squad of the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine went to the scene of the incident.

The rescuers took out the "Scania" truck (driver: H. R.) from the blockade using special equipment.
