"Dear citizens of Yerevan, dear colleagues,

according to the message issued by the "Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, heavy rains are expected in the late evening of October 16 and on the night of the 17th and 17th to the 18th.

Accordingly, both "Veolia water" company and Yerevan Municipality, as a partner structure, have launched preventive measures to mitigate the consequences of the expected rainfall, in which the Yerevan Municipality's Department of Communal Economy will also be involved.

In the administrative regions, duty will be established from this evening in order to quickly intervene in possible water dams and to eliminate problems of a local nature.

Human resources of "Yerevan Garbage Removal and Sanitation Community Institution" will also be involved in the process as support in order to avoid possible accumulations in gutters and rain catchers.

The forces of "Greening and environment protection" NAOC will also take part in the works.
