Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah was recognized as the best football player of the Football Journalists' Association.
For Egypt, this prize is the third in his career. He previously received it at the end of 2021/2022 and 2017/2018.
Salah has been playing in Liverpool since 2017. In this season, 32-year-old Winger spent about 50 matches in all tournaments, scoring 33 goals and made 23 goals.
The current Egyptian agreement with Mersisaid's club is valid until the summer of 2027.
It should be noted that after the results of the previous season, the Association of Football Journalists became the midfielder of Manchester City Philippe Foden to the best football player of England.
