On May 5, RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan received Pya Hossein, Director of the Armenia-Iran Cooperation Development Fund. The RA Ministry of Economy informs about this.
During the meeting, the Minister was introduced to "Syunik. The South Caucasus Economic Hab program, which aims to develop Syunik region as a regional economic hub, promoting the involvement of private sector investments, the development of infrastructure and the expansion of Armenia-Iran economic cooperation.
The program envisages the organization of events in different formats, including bilateral professional conferences and business visits and presentation of investment packages.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the steps taken within the framework of the program, as well as issues related to possible support for the implementation of the program.
